What do I need?
There are many different divisions and a wide range of positions within OCS that call for specialist skills and capabilities, and the requirements for individual vacancies are shown on our adverts. However, there are certain qualities that we always look for, so no matter what job you apply for you'll need to understand the importance of putting the customer first, you'll need to be a team player, good at solving problems and focused on results. You'll also need excellent communicating and influencing skills and be supportive in developing other people.
